If you’re looking to expand your horizons on your vacation, plan on visiting the Chautauqua Institute this summer! This 9-week long camp delves into every topic you could imagine: art, concerts, culture, religion, and more!

National Comedy Center
Hopefully you like to laugh! The National Comedy Center will transport you through the history of stand-up. There are interactive exhibits that take advantage of the latest technology to tell the story in a funny way. It’s considered one of the best places to visit in America.


Lucille Ball Museum
Admire famous actress Lucille Ball at her museum in Jamestown! The star of I Love Lucy had a seasoned career in film, and it shows as you step through the museum doors. You’ll have the chance to explore sets, view costumes, and learn about the actress.
Roger Tory Peterson Institute of Natural History
Discover conservation efforts being taken in upstate New York! You can also discover more about Peterson, who was an avid birder who created a field guide for the creatures.

Peek'n Peak Resort
Adventures await at Peek’n Peak. During the summer, enjoy premier golfing or try the exciting Peak Mountain Adventures activities, including the Aerial Adventure Ropes Course, Giant Dual Ziplines, and more. In the winter, The Peak is home to 27 slopes to learn to ski or snowboard as well as Terrain Parks, Snow Tubing, Lunar Lights Nighttime Tubing.


Panama Rocks
This privately kept park has some gorgeous scenery, small caves, and other hidden passageways in remarkable forest setting. Hike the trail with your family and friends.
Chautauqua Rails-to-trails
A short walk behind our barn and you can access the Rails-to-Trails nature walk. You’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in the calm and quiet as the trail meanders through the forest and fields. It's great for hiking, biking, or cross-country skiing in the winter.
